RECREATING THE CINEMATOGRAPHY OF THE WOMAN IN BLACK

In these pictures myself and two other media students, explored making the set of the opening of The woman in black, in Plasticine. The images show us molding the Plasticine into the shapes of the three window panels and creating the window frame. It was important for us to draw attention to the windows, as they are a key part of the scene, so we created the windows in a larger scale. Equally, creating just the windows, instead of the whole room, allowed for space for us to film and replicate the cinematography in the actual film opening.
