Editing in film is some of the most important parts of film production. Most transitions feel slightly outdated compared to more modern form of editing, however transitions in film have played very important roles. For my preliminary task, I will spend a lot of time considering editing and setting an initial starting point of basic editing that I will hopefully develop later. For my preliminary task, due to the short length of the scene, I will not be able to include lots of transitions. However, I aim to edit in at least one transition.
