After sending off my survey I received some results. I have uploaded two of the results which are positive towards my documentary idea. The survey results suggest that my idea would be popular among my intended target audience, as the all the responses to the question of if they would be interested in my documentary topic were all positive. It is striking that most of the responses regarding TV channels were not as positive, as many respondents reported that they mainly watch streaming services and not that much TV. However, I can consider myself able to move past this, as I will then place great emphasis on the campaign and advertising aspect of my documentary, and with regards to the magazine article and social media page I will produce, I will try to engage with my target audience as much as possible. The audience research equally confirmed that the demographic of my target audience is accurate, as the respondents who responded positively to my documentary idea, were all middle class, women, British 17 year old, which lies in accordance with my initial target audience.
