After finishing editing my first draft of my preliminary task, I decide to show it to my teacher for some feedback on how to improve it. The feedback I received consisted of possibly adding captions so that the audience knows what the questions are that my interviewee is answering. Equally I was encouraged to add a caption introducing my interviewee at the beginning of the interview. I spent time then adding the questions and introducing my interviewee, as well as making some more cuts. However, during the process of exporting my updated interview, a few of the pictures I included got taken away. This also occurred with three of the question captions, whereby one completely disappeared, and the other two either lingered too long or was not center. In order to ensure that I will not face this issue within the editing of my own documentary, I will review the finished product more, and make sure that I save all the changes I make. Editing my preliminary task has been incredibly insightful and has allowed me to develop my editing skills within more professionals platforms like Premier Pro.
